Royal Aria Hotel
Royal Aria Hotel is an upcoming -star accommodation facility that will complement the high standards of service and elegance found throughout the Royalia estate. Upon completion, the hotel will offer a sleeping capacity of 256 across 128 rooms spread over 6 floors.
Gym
The Royal Aria Gym, spanning an impressive 6,100 m², will be the largest and only facility of its kind in Botswana.
It includes an Olympic-sized heated pool, a steam room, a sauna, a kids’ care, an indoor training pool, a café, Zumba rooms, and areas for cardio, weight training, yoga, and circuit training.
Indoor Sports Arena
The Indoor Sports Arena will span 10,000 m² and feature a five-sideroturf football pitch, a seven-side Astroturf football pitch, and multi-purpose courts. These courts will various sports, including badminton, basketball, tennis, volleyball, table tennis, indoor cricket, and bowling.
Hospital
The hospital, specialising in rehabilitation for motor vehicle,, and other injuries, will pioneer this type of treatment in Botswana. Designed with advanced medical technology a focus on patient-centered care, it will offer a range of services, including physical therapy, advanced rehabilitation programs, and specialized medical treatments.
